The following project is a mixed use commercial / office / penthouse residence located on Main Street in historic downtown Carbondale. The design process involved a team approach consisting of the owners: Don & Jody Ensign, the contractor: B&H General Contractors, Richard Carr of Cottle,Carr,Yaw, Architects and Jess Pedersen Architecture

 

My role was primarily in the design and detail development, building code, construction drawings and construction administration
phases.
